Family Constellations
It is a method or technique oriented to the resolution of conflicts related to the individual's family system. It allows the conscious identification of the unconscious dynamics underlying interpersonal and transgenerational relationships, in connection with the Orders of Love.
The therapeutic benefit lies in becoming aware of what is operating in us at a non-conscious level, offering a greater understanding of the conflict and possible solutions. In addition, it seeks to enable the person to take their rightful place within the family system and to develop their life project in a harmonious and sustainable way.
Duration
- An individual constellation session has an average duration of 60 to 90 minutes.
- A group session can last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the movements and dynamics of the group.
Procedure
According to Bert Hellinger®, the procedure consists of offering an image in which people representing the members of a family or the elements of a specific issue are placed in a space. This arrangement makes it possible to read a dynamic from the relationship and position of the people placed, facilitating the understanding of the hidden links and patterns that influence the situation.
